3. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the application:

Open the Skillent app.
Go to Profile.
Scroll down to the "Danger Zone".
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Web Request (If you cannot access the app)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request account deletion by filling out the form below. This will open your email client to send a request to our support team.

Note: Upon confirmation, all your personal data, progress, and achievements will be permanently removed from our database within 90 days.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
